“When we allow ourselves to be seen and heard by our-SELF, (I-AM or Spirit) the energy flows freely within us and hence we are more creative and peaceful! This is true nurturing.”

I-AM’ Awareness  i.e. Spirit is the ground and goal of our being.  It refers to our original state of unity where all is well, we are always whole and always with the Divine.  It is a way to rest in our Home and know that fundamentally there is nothing wrong with us.  There is nothing to complete; rather it’s about owning all the fragmented parts of our Body-mind field, in order to find our way Home.
