7pm- learn 2-3 raw recipes from Chef Briksha followed by delicious potluck feast and free info about upcoming Yogi Chef Training!

Build your body, mind, and spirit connection by tapping into your body, and breath. Practice mindful “cooking” or “uncooking” and eating with us!

Please bring a potluck item to share with the group.(for15+ conscious eater)
